DIY Warming Liniments Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn how to use readily-available natural ingredients to make a warming liquid liniment to ease sore, inflamed joints and muscles. You’ll get an overview of the different liniments on the market and the differences and similarities between them. You will also learn self-massage and acupressure techniques to make the most of the liniment’s properties. Attendees will take home a sample of homemade warming liniment and a handout with recipes and techniques covered in the workshop.

About the instructor:

Deanna Hanson owns and operates Spiral Healing in Everett, WA, and has been an herbalist for 25+ years. Her Healing Arts repertory includes Western herbs, massage, and aromatherapy, and she most recently graduated with a Masters's Diploma in Acupuncture. She currently teaches community herbal and holistic health workshops locally.
