Bylaws
Every co-op operates with a set of bylaws put into place by the Board of Trustees and the co-op’s owners. All amendments to the Bylaws must be decided upon by vote of the Co-op ownership.
Return Policy
At this time, Sno-Isle Food Co-op accepts returns of defective product within 7 days of purchase. All other sales are final.
Animal Policy
We welcome service animals in our store, but no other pets or animals are allowed. This is mandated by the Snohomish County Health Department and Washington State.
Special Order FAQ

Special Orders are usually placed a couple times a week. You can expect one week lead time on Special Order Inquiries and staff can let you know approximate time at that point. It will depend on where the product is sourced from.

Special Orders are obligated to be case sizes unless otherwise specified by a manager. However, Sno-Isle Food Co-op Owners get 10% off case orders.

Absolutely. We cannot guarantee every product will arrive in time to take advantage of that price, however.

It is Sno-Isle Food Co-op policy that Special Orders are NOT paid for in advance.

We will only hold Special Orders for 7 days before the product is returned.

Owner Account Updates

Please speak with a cashier in-store if you’d like to change the name on your owner account. The name on the account needs to match your legal identification, so please be sure to have it available when you come in to make the change.

You can resign your ownership at any time, for any reason. Simply fill out the form located here.
Patronage Dividends
In years where the Co-op is profitable, the Board may decide to allocate dividends to the ownership. These are announced by February each year. The last dividends were distributed were in 2019.
