This class is offered on a sliding scale payment structure. When you arrive to class you can make a payment directly to the instructor ($10-$25) using cash, Venmo, or CashApp.

Registration is NOT required and walk-ins are welcome.

Join instructor Danáe at the Co-op for an hour of gentle (yin) yoga.

Bring your own yoga mat, water, and any props you like, such as a blanket, bolster, blocks, or towel. Yoga takes place in the Co-op Boardroom (Suite 301) on the 3rd floor of Sno-Isle Food Co-op (2804 Grand Ave). There is elevator and stair access from the 2nd/main floor.

No yoga experience necessary--all experience levels are welcome!
