DIY Warming Salve Workshop

Learn to use essential oils and other natural ingredients to make a powerful warming salve (commonly known as tiger balm) to ease aches and pains. You will learn self-massage and acupressure techniques to help you make the most of the balm’s anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Attendees will take home a sample of homemade warming salve and a handout with recipes and techniques covered in the workshop.

About the instructor:

Deanna Hanson owns and operates Spiral Healing in Everett, WA, and has been an herbalist for 25+ years. Her Healing Arts repertory includes Western herbs, massage, and aromatherapy, and she most recently graduated with a Masters's Diploma in Acupuncture. She currently teaches community herbal and holistic health workshops locally.
