May Register Roundup: Sibling House

Throughout the month of May, our customers will have the opportunity to round up their purchases to the next dollar amount to support a very worthy local nonprofit: Lake Stevens-based Sibling House.

Sibling House supports a large network of over 375 homes throughout Washington State who are dedicated to providing a safe haven for siblings to stay together, as a family, while in foster care.

At Sibling House, 84% of every dollar goes to providing care for the children. 8% goes to administrative expenses. 8% goes to fundraising. It is through the efforts of volunteers, and donations from businesses and members of the community that we attempt to provide for these children. Unconditional love is found in abundance at Sibling House.

Each Holiday Season, Sibling House hosts a private annual holiday party for our network families. This party supports over 200 children with multiple new gifts, gift cards, holiday clothing, a custom stocking given to them by Santa Clause at the party, dinner, arts and crafts, and a chance to be around other children, just like them, that are in foster care.
